For this reason, it is for us that you read this text, which details which personal data we use and for what purpose, and clearly understand the obligations of EMTA, which is responsible for their administrative and technical security as “Data controller”. It is very important.

Why am I reading this text?

Article 10 of the “Personal Data Protection Law” No. 6698 (“KVKK“), which came into force on April 7, 2016, stipulates that the persons whose personal data are processed (used) (referred to as the relevant person in the KVKK<) /strong>) requires that the user of this data be informed by the “Data Controller“.

Your personal data within the scope of your relationship with our company; We collect our legally valid interests, provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, in order to fulfill our legal obligations and as required by law.

Why is my personal data used?

As EMTA, your personal data;

    • Improving the services we offer to you through our website, providing you with the most appropriate service in line with the tabs you are interested in and the time you spend on the relevant tabs(For example, we use cookies so that you can access our social media accounts through our website.),


  • To fulfill the legal obligations stipulated and required by legal regulations(For example, we are obliged to keep traffic records of our site in accordance with the legal regulations regarding publications on the internet.),
  • Providing the necessary information in line with the requests and inspections of regulatory and supervisory institutions and official authorities (For example, we have to share the access records kept with the relevant institutions in order to fulfill our notification obligations arising from legal regulations regarding publications on the internet.) ,

We process it to achieve its purposes and we never use it for anything other than these purposes.

Are my personal data transferred to others?

Yes, we may have to transfer your personal data to our business partners, official institutions, auditors, lawyers and financial advisors. However, we only make the transfer for certain purposes and with your knowledge. Therefore, your personal data;

KVKK in order to give you control over your personal data, (a) to learn whether your personal data is being processed or not; (b) to request information if processed, (c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose; (d) knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, if any, at home or abroad; (e) request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; (f) provides many rights, including but not limited to requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data. How can I exercise my rights?

If you wish to exercise your specified rights, you may submit your requests to us in writing (for example, by means of a notice or registered letter) or through a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or a document you have previously notified us and in our system.  You can send it using your registered e-mail address.
